Privacy
This covers the zutto.study website and its beta interest form. The Zutto app has its own policy.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your email address, whether you study in a class, the devices you’d use, and your answers to the optional questions. We also record which version of this policy you agreed to, when you signed up, and whether you asked for news emails.
We don’t collect your name, age or IP address, and the site has no analytics, ads or tracking. Please don’t put personal details in the free-text answer.
Why
To choose who to invite to the beta and to email you about it. If you ticked the news box, we may also send you occasional Zutto news. The optional answers help us decide what to build.
Where it’s kept
The site runs on Cloudflare. Your answers are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database located in Oceania. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, is sending the form; Cloudflare handles that check under its own privacy policy. No one else receives your details.
How long
If you only asked for beta emails, your answers are deleted 12 months after you sign up unless you’ve been invited. If you asked for news, they’re kept until you unsubscribe, then the 12-month rule applies. Every news email has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
To see what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, email privacy@zutto.study. We aim to reply within 30 days.
Zutto is a small project that isn’t required to follow the Australian Privacy Principles. We follow them anyway, and you can complain to us at the address above.
